Who is responsible for your data
This website is run by Jeremy Johaness Johnson (3JART), based in the Czech Republic. If you have any questions about your personal data, write to 3jdigital91@gmail.com.
Contact form
When you send a message through the contact form, I receive your name (optional), your email address and your message. I use them only to reply to you and to discuss a possible collaboration. The form is delivered by the service Web3Forms, which forwards the message to my email inbox (Gmail).
The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). I keep the messages only as long as needed for our communication, at most 3 years, unless a collaboration follows.
Cookies and statistics
This website uses cookies only for anonymous traffic statistics through Google Analytics, and only if you click “Accept” in the cookie bar. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time via the “cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Ltd. IP addresses are anonymised. Data may be transferred to the USA, where Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
In addition, the website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
Hosting and security
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. This is my legitimate interest in running a secure website.
YouTube videos
Videos are embedded in the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and are loaded only after you click the play button. From that moment, Google (YouTube) may process data under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to object to it, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to the email address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
